Our office is located in central Tulsa on 21st street between Lewis Avenue and Utica Avenue. Our building is north (across the street) of the Monte Cassino School. The beautiful Utica Square shopping and dining district is across the street within a block of the office.

We feel that Tulsa is one of the best medical communities in the state. Several hundred physicians, many of whom are on the teaching staff at Oklahoma College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery - Oklahoma State University and the Oklahoma University Medical School, practice in the community. Oklahoma State Medical Center is located within a few minutes of our office.

DIRECTIONS TO OUR OFFICE:

• From the airport, follow the signs to downtown Tulsa on Highway 244 West. Exit on Harvard Ave. and turn left or South at the exist ramp. Proceed to 21st Street and turn right or West to 2219 East 21st Street. (one mile)
• From the east bound Broken Arrow Expressway or Highway 51 exit at the Lewis Avenue off ramp and go south on Lewis Avenue to 21st street. Turn right (west) on 21st street and proceed to 2219 East 21st Street.
• From the west bound Broken Arrow Expressway or Highway 51 exit at the 21st Street off ramp and turn left (west) and proceed to 2219 E. 21st Street.
• From Highway 44 or the Skelly Bypass east or west bound exit at the Lewis Ave off ramp and turn north on Lewis Avenue. Proceed to 21st Street. Turn left (west) on 21st Street and proceed to 2219 East 21st Street.
