Post-Operative Instructions

Post-treatment therapy includes wearing bandages (ace wraps) or support hose for two days to six weeks, depending on the degree of treatment performed. Delayed walking and moderate exercise can also help speed recovery. The treated blood vessels usually disappear over a period of six months.

Photoderm requires an avoidance of sun or tanning booths both prior to and subsequent to the treatment session.
